- Information storehouse for common questions and requests for information about all programs
- The Advising Office has forms (i.e., graduate and undergraduate bulletins, MTEL information, waivers, credit transfers, course schedules, program fee forms, intent to graduate forms, field of knowledge planning sheets, etc.) and expertise through classified staff and peer advisers to be a resource for inquiries and questions
- Assist students with special or confusing circumstances
- Knowledgeable about state licensure and university requirements
- Provides information on pre-practicum and practicum requirements and sites
- Evaluate requests for waivers, transfer credits, etc. & help students who may want to change tracks
Faculty Advisor
A faculty advisor is assigned to every enrolled student
- Course guidance in context of student's goals
- Generalized career counseling
