Reyes Coll-Tellechea

Reyes Coll-Tellechea joined UMass Boston in 1993. She is Associate Professor of Hispanic Studies and she teaches courses in Spanish Literature as well as in Translation Studies. Her areas of research are: early modern Spanish literature and society; the Spanish Inquisition; fear, literature and society; and history, literature and memory.

Representative Publications

Prof. Coll-Tellechea has published two books and numerous articles, book chapters, and book reviews. Her publications include La vida de Lazarillo de Tormes (critical edition with Anthony Zahareas), Madrid, Akal (1997 and 2000), and Contra las normas. Las pícaras españolas, Madrid, Ediciones Orto / Universidad de Minnesota, 2005.
