Laura Schrader

Professor Schrader has been named AACT New England Regionals Best Director for Interview by Jean-Claude Itallie which will represent New England at the National Competition in June 2003. Interview has also been chosen as the production to represent the United States at the International Festival Competition in Brussels, August 2003. Recently, she directed Romeo & Juliet at UMass Boston and Street Car Named Desire at The Footlight Club in Jamaica Plain. She designs and constructs sets for UMass Boston productions and was selected to direct Inherit the Wind also at the Footlight Club.
