Dr. Weiner's interests are in Eastern Europe, Theories of International Relations, and International Organization. He is an Associate at the Davis Center for Russian Studies, Harvard University. He is the author of Romanian Foreign Policy at the United Nations and Change in Eastern Europe as well as several book chapters and articles. He has presented over 50 papers at various scholarly conferences.
