The Francis and Marie Anderson Scholarship
The Francis and Marie Anderson Scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate sophomore or junior student in Accounting or Finance in the College of Management. The student should have a minimum 3.0 overall GPA and a minimum 3.5 GPA in Accounting or Finance courses and should have strong ties to the Greater Boston Area, preferably a graduate from a Boston Public School or received a GED. Applicants must have US Citizenship, demonstrate financial need, and have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file with UMass Boston.

The Atkins Scholarship
The Atkins Scholarship is awarded to a student who expresses a sense of entrepreneurial spirit, or desire to establish their own business one day. Applicants must have a minimum 3.2 overall GPA, have strong ties to Boston, and demonstrate a broad range of interests, show signs of giving back to others, and have a strong sense of community spirit. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file with UMass Boston.

The Sam Wilson Memorial Scholarship
The Sam Wilson Memorial Scholarship will be chosen for the qualities Sam Wilson himself demonstrated to an exceptional degree—dedication to work, a sense of excellence, and enthusiasm for life. Eligible applicants will be identified based on GPA, credits and qualification for participation in the Educational Opportunity Program and invited to apply for the Sam Wilson Memorial Scholarship in the Spring Semester.
