Profile
Dr. Foust’s program of research focuses on improving post-hospital medication management and transition-related care of older adults with special interest in the implications for home health care. She was a Nurse Research Associate at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York and remains an investigator on two federally funded studies examining health-related quality of life of older adults as they begin to receive long term care services and medication management among home health care clients. Dr. Foust was a co-investigator on a project entitled “Establishing a national Framework for Geriatric Home Care Excellence.” The project was funded by the John A. Hartford Foundation.
