Profile
Mary Ellen Jagelski has clinical expertise as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and as a staff nurse. Mary Ellen has also been a maternal-newborn and women’s health consultant for new graduate nurses in a NCLEX preparatory course that provides reviews throughout the New England area. While at UMass Boston, Mary Ellen has been a Clinical Instructor at various hospitals for maternity nursing, in designated Boston Public Schools for community nursing, and at various placements for the final nursing synthesis and capstone course. Mary Ellen currently teaches the maternity and women’s health course for undergraduate students, and is the Course Coordinator for clinical placements.
