Advanced Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Health II
Description:
The primary purpose of this course is to continue to build on what was learned in EHS 655. Students continue to develop and refine an understanding of the relationship among physical activity, exercise, dietary intake, and health. Special attention is given to developing critical thinking skills and to understanding the application of epidemiological methods to the science of physical activity, diet, and health outcomes. The class is structured to provide opportunity for in-depth analysis and discussion on how epidemiological methods are used in studying physical activity and dietary behavior.
