Sedimentology & Stratigraphy
Description:
This course outlines the principles that govern sediment transport and accumulation that compose modern constructional features on the landscape. Students will learn how processes of transport and accumulation can be deciphered and the evolutionary history of a landscape determined. Geophysical, biological and lithological techniques will be highlighted.
