Lean Six Sigma Quality Management
Description:
A revolution in management methods, labeled Six Sigma, Lean Process Management, and Concurrent Design Methods, is moving through the economy at break-neck speed. This course studies how these new methods guide management in creating growth products and services and lean process performance capable of delivering Six Sigma quality quickly and at low cost.
