LING 151 Elementary American Sign Language I
Description:
This course provides an introduction to American Sign Language with an emphasis on receptive skills, vocabulary, and grammar; it also introduces the linguistics of ASL. In addition, through readings, guest speakers, and videotapes, the course seeks to help students develop their awareness of issues important to the Deaf community. More Info
