To Apply to the Certificate in Labor Leadership Program:
1) Download and remit the Certificate Program Application form at:
http://www.umb.edu/registrar/forms
Note: You should indicate Labor Leadership as the Certificate Program you wish to enter. Remit completed application directly to the Office of the Registrar and make a copy which you will forward directly to the Labor Resource Center with your responses to the following personal statements.
2) Answer the following personal statements:
a) Please describe the experiences and/or interests that have led you to apply for the Certificate in Labor Leadership.
b) Please describe how you hope to apply the skills and knowledge from this certificate program to your work or other involvements.
c) Please add any other information you think would be important for the Admissions Committee to be aware of in acting on your application.
3) Remit your responses to the three questions above (items 2a-c) with a copy of your application (item 1) to:
