Academic affairs & curriculum committee: Meeting Dates
AACC meets the first Wednesday of every month 1:30 to 3, except January, and June through August.
Submitting proposals
Proposals (including the cover pages) should be submitted via email as attachments to AACC chair at least one week in advance of meeting, with one hard copy and signature page given or mailed to AACC chair before the meeting.
To add a new course or update an existing course, please use the One Form.

AACC Submission and Decision Dates
The Academic Affairs and Curriculum Committee (AACC) has set a schedule of deadlines for the submission and review of curriculum proposals. Curriculum proposal submissions will be due on the 3rd Monday of each month during the academic year (excluding December). The AACC will review all proposals submitted by the deadline and make decisions on each of those proposals within a two week timeframe. The actual submission and decision dates are below. For all curriculum proposals, please submit one electronic copy and one hard copy to Sam Museus by the proposal due date to receive a decicion by its corresponding decision date:
