Gonzalo Bacigalupe is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Counseling and School Psychology, Family Therapy Program Director, Mental Health Counseling Program Director, Rehabilitation Counseling Program Director. His Ed.D is from University of Massachusetts Amherst and his MPH is from Harvard University. Adjunct Research Professor at the Family Medicine & Community Health, University of Massachusetts Medical School; Invited Professor Psychotherapeutic Interventions Master-Degree in Psychology, Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain). His research and program consultation and evaluation addresses family health and immigration, chronic illness, education technology, survivors of trafficking, and community based research evaluation. With support from the Association of American Colleges and Universities, he is leads a UMASS team to develop a global public health curriculum for undergraduates.
