Amy Cook is a doctoral candidate at the University of Connecticut Storrs and a faculty member in the school counseling program in the Department of Counseling and School Psychology. She supervises school counseling graduate students during practicum and internship placements and teaches Professional Orientation to School Counseling and Group Counseling for Children and Adolescents. Her research interests include multicultural issues and counselor educator preparation as well as examining ways to close the achievement gap for Latino English language learners.
