Faculty Profiles Directions for Student Potential Program
Kathie Lee - Kathie teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP during the summer months and is an instructor in UMass Boston's Critical Reading and Writing program during the academic year.
Meesh McCarthy - Meesh teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP and in UMass Boston's Critical Reading and Writing program. She is a member of the professional staff of the university's Reading, Writing and Study Skills Center. She holds BA and MA degrees in English and English Composition instruction from Boston University and the University of Massachusetts/Boston.
Chris Craig - Chris teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP and in UMass Boston's Critical Reading and Writing program. He is a member of the staff of the university's Reading, Writing and Study Skills Center. He holds degrees in English from the University of Massachusetts/Boston and is currently pursuing a Ph.D in English literature at Tufts' University.
Daniel Boudreau -Daniel teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP. He holds a BA in English and Political Science and an MA in American Studies, all from UMass Boston. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D in American Studies from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Joe Sheppeck - Joe teaches in the Math Skills program in DSP and in the Math courses offered through Academic Support Programs.
Nancy Levy - Nancy teaches in the Math Skills program in DSP and in the Math courses offered through Academic Support Programs. She works as a Math Consultant for private corporations and teaches mathematics at Brimmer and May School in Newton, Massachusetts. Nancy received her BA degree from the University of Massachusetts and an M.Ed from Cambridge College.
Noel Alexis - Noel teaches in the Math Skills program in DSP and in the Math courses offered through Academic Support Programs.
Chuck Swartz - Chuck teaches in the Math Skills program in DSP and in the Math department of Lexington High School.
Asha Tall - Asha teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP and in UMass Boston's Freshman Composition program. She holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts/Boston and is currently enrolled in a Master's Program through UMass Boston's Graduate College of Education.
Lisa Cosseboom - Lisa teaches in the Verbal Skills program in DSP and in the Critical Reading and Writing program at UMass Boston. She also works as a school psychologist for Whitman Public Schools.
