Audrey Lee mediates a variety of cases and has represented clients in federal district court and local human rights commission mediations. As a mediation coach, Lee has worked with lawyers, law students, mediators, realtors, and social workers.
Prior to her consulting work at Perspectiva LLC, Lee practiced law as an intellectual property and litigation attorney at Winston & Strawn in Chicago and Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. In her litigation practice, Lee represented pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and fast food restaurant clients, while in her intellectual property practice, she negotiated advertising/marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and licenses on behalf of her clients.
She is Past President of the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution, a founding Co-Chair of the Harvard Law School Women's Alliance of Chicago, and a past Board member of the Harvard Law Society of Illinois.
