Eliza Lake is an independent consultant in the field of long term supports and services policy, primarily in Massachusetts. She has done work most recently for the Systems Transformation Grant of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the MA Long Term Care Financing Advisory Council, and various nonprofit community elder organizations. She served as the director of Community Support Services at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs.
Ms. Lake received her MSW from Boston University and AB from Harvard University.
