Mariska Kappmeier is a visiting scholar at the McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies, Department for Conflict Resolution, Human Security, and Global Governance. She studied psychology at the University of Hamburg, Germany; and she works mainly interdisciplinary.
Professor Kappmeier is a practitioner and researcher in the field of conflict resolution. Her main research focus is the preparation of conflict intervention measures and the trust assessment between conflict parties. She has worked as a trainer and facilitator in numerous training and conflict settings.
