Lindsey Greene is an Asian Studies major and Asian American Studies Minor with a great deal of wanderlust and curiosity about the world. Her long-held interest in Japanese culture, customs, and language will finally be fulfilled when she studies at Soka University in Hachiōji, Tokyo, Japan. As a recipient of the prestigious Kim Chung Lam Scholarship for the Spring 2013 semester, Lindsey will participate in the University of Massachusetts Boston / Soka University exchange with two of her peers.

UMass Boston has academically rich study abroad and student exchange programs through regular academic semesters as well as short-term courses.
