Dear Prospective Partner,
Thank-you for your interest in providing an international internship experience for a University of Massachusetts Boston student.
By agreeing to host one of our students you will be offering them a unique chance to jumpstart their career and also an opportunity to live and learn from another culture.
As an internship site you will be getting a highly qualified, enthusiastic and open-minded individual who will be eager to learn and eager to make a contribution to your organization’s success.
In order to move the process forward we would ask you to review two documents. The first is a Memorandum of Agreement concerning the relationship between your organization and the University of Massachusetts Boston.
The second is a Terms of Reference which is a specific agreement between your organization and the student intern(s) in question.
Once you have agreed in principle to host a University of Massachusetts Boston intern we would ask you to fill out the Memorandum of Agreement and send it back either by fax or e-mail.
Once a specific student has been selected for your site we will ask you to send beck a Terms of Reference for that individual.
