Meet the Provost
Winston Langley, Provost
Winston Langley is a Professor of Political Science & International Relations. His areas of interests
are human rights, models of world order, and the rights of women and children. International political
economy, as well as the moral underpinning of political processes, is also part of his research. He has
published broadly in his field.
Before assuming responsibilities as Provost, Dr. Langley served as Associate Provost for
Academic Affairs and then as Associate Chancellor.
