SATELLITE ACCUMULATION AREA SIGNS
Satellite Accumulation areas must be labeled as such. Below is an example of labels that would be placed in an area that only contains one class of chemicals:

CONTAINER LABELS FOR SINGLE CHEMICALS
All containers of hazardous materials to be disposed of must be labeled. Disposal of unknown chemicals is extremely expensive. In FY 1995 alone, the University spent approximately $10,000 to dispose of unknowns. The following labels are required on all waste material containers:
