Stipends
A stipend is a payment made to an individual (non-student/non-employee) in order to defray the cost for taking a course or participating in a special project.
All stipends must be put on as a purchase order. Purchase order must state the cost to be paid, the reason of the cost, and the period of time it takes in order to accomplish the service.
