VISA® Corporate Helpful Hints & Safety Tips

• Sign your new card as soon as you receive it.

• Never leave your purse or wallet unattended, and always keep your cards out of plain sight.

• In a separate location from your card, keep a list of you account number and the U.S. Bank Customer Service (800) 344-5696, to call immediately if your card is lost or stolen.

• No matter where you are, report a lost or stolen card immediately. This will provide you with instant protection against loss and fraud liability.

• Verify all charges on your monthly billing statement and report any unauthorized charges immediately.

• Always take your charge receipts after each purchase. Always destroy the carbons.
