Welcome to the Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center is dedicated to providing the UMass Boston community with quality service and customer satisfaction.

The Customer Service Center's overall goal is to provide easier access to services, faster processes so customers can get business done quickly and friendlier service in a customer-oriented culture

The objectives of the Customer Service Center are to:

• Provide a central point of contact for the University community
• Provide professional customer service
• Provide a one-stop shop where people can get answers to their questions
