Questions and Answers
As we all work together to assure a successful implementation, we are sure to have some great questions or concerns arise. Your questions and concerns are vital to an implementation of this magnitude. We ask that you supply your questions to Sean McInnis Director of Implementation of Financial Systems and Reporting. Once we receive your question, we will work diligently as a team to obtain your answer and respond to you as soon as possible. We will also be posting some of your questions, without your information, and the answer to your question on this site. Please be as specific as you can in your written question, as this will expedite our response time to your question. Thank you for all of your hard work during this implementation period.
Important Updates:
Dear eProcurement User,
When you enter your purchase request on either a Description-Only Requisition or a UMass Marketplace Requisition, please do not exceed twenty (20) line items.
We have experienced problems with approving a requisition when the request has multiple line items. If your request has more than twenty (20) line items, please split your order and enter two requisitions.
If you have any questions, please contact the Procurement Office @7-5060.
