ADA Compliance Services

Administers all accessibility and accommodation services in relation to the Americans with Disabilities Act and 504 statutes.

  • Administers all compliance requirements associated with the Americans with Disability Acts and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, including construction and renovation of University facilities;
  • For students, reviews auxiliary aids and services provided to make academic programs accessible for students; reviews curriculum requirements and procedures for obtaining exemptions or substitutions and makes recommendations for modifications;
  • For employees, reviews reasonable accommodation requests and makes recommendations;
  • Conducts outreach and training programs, and develops guidelines and handbooks on ADA Compliance policies and procedures
