Sick Time

Sick time is accrued based on collective bargaining agreements and non-unit personnel policies. The schedule below reflects the calendar-year accruals for sick time, as well as the per hour accrual. Please note, employees hired after a certain point in the calendar year, as well as part-time employees, accrue sick time on a pro-rata basis. For more specific information about your entitlement to sick time, see your collective bargaining agreement or contact Human Resources.
