Performance Management

Performance management is the process of developing and utilizing the skills and talents of employees for optimal organizational results. Performance management is meant to be an ongoing process that facilitates the planning, coaching and evaluating of employee performance. When done correctly, the performance management process serves as a tool for both the supervisor and the employee. It clarifies goals and expectations and measures performance based upon those goals and expectations through continuous communications at several points throughout the evaluation cycle
