Personnel Action Forms
The majority of employee transactions are processed using the Personnel Action Form. The Offer and Acceptance for Hires, Rehires and Reappointments Form serves as the official contract between the university Massachusetts Boston and the hire, rehire, reappointment. The Long Term Adjustment Form can be used for funding changes.
