Master Planning
CHARGE:
Recognizing the need for a comprehensive assessment of the assets and needs of the campus, this group will work with DCAM, the architects and the other committees to develop a plan for the campus space that will support the academic and campus life of UMB for the future.
PROPOSED ISSUES:
- 25 year horizon for physical plan
- Campus assessment
- Deferred maintenance plan
- In direct support of academic and campus life programs –
aligned with strategic priorities - Living, learning communities
- Welcoming environment
- Implementation and internal and external communication about all activities
