There is no place more dynamic, energetic or intellectually stimulating than a college campus. That is why I have dedicated my career to working in higher education. I guess you could say since the time I stepped foot on a college campus as an undergraduate student, I never left.
Follow my blog for information about the value of a college degree, interesting things going on in higher education, tips for first generation students and, of course, information about happenings at UMass Boston.

I grew up in Pittsfield, MA located in the heart of the Berkshires. After graduating from college, I made my way out to the big city, Boston, and soon found myself interested in working in higher education. Having graduated from a public university, I appreciate and value the educational opportunity that UMass Boston offers and I am happy to be recruiting for Boston’s only public university.
In the fall I spend most of my time on the road visiting high schools and college fairs in New Hampshire and my home of Western Massachusetts (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire counties). You might even find me in parts of Worcester and Middlesex county.
