Joint Admission Program

The Joint Admission Program is designed to guarantee admission to UMass Boston to qualified students who successfully complete a designated associate's degree program at any of the 15 Massachusetts community colleges, Dean College or Quincy College. Through the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, graduates of the public community colleges qualify for the Tuition Advantage Plan, offering a one-third reduction of in-state tuition for up to four semesters at UMass Boston as long as a student's GPA stays at 3.0 or better.

If you intend to transfer to UMass Boston under this program, you must print and complete the Joint Admissions Enrollment Form.
