Over 2,500 new transfer students chose to continue their studies at the University of Massachusetts Boston this year.

Their reasons for coming and paths taken to get here vary widely, but they all seem to have discovered something here they couldn’t find elsewhere.

What Makes You a Transfer Student?

Transfer applicants are applicants who have attended one or more post-secondary institutions after graduating from high school or receiving your GED, regardless of the number of credits earned.
