Definitions: Strength & Conditionign class, embracing high intensity interval training

Total Body Conditioning:   An entire body circuit using interval, strength & cardio style exercise

Stretch & Strengthen:  A combination of low impact stretching and strengthening routines to jump start your day

Power (Ashtanga) Yoga: Rigorous sequences of flowign, dynamis asanas that present a challenging physical workout.

Yoga:  Exercises mind & body through traditional Yoga techniques

ZUMBA®:  An exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™
