- Wednesday, May 8 2013: The swimming pool will close at 3 PM today because of the student concert in the Clark Athletic Center.
Come visit the UMass Boston swimming pool on the lower level of the Clark Athletic Center. The pool has six lanes, is 25 yards wide and 25 meters long, and has a diving well. Swimming lessons and lifeguarding are available at various times throughout the year. For the recreational-minded, we also have a pool basketball hoop, and we will be adding aquatic group exercise classes in the near future.
If you are not affiliated with UMass Boston, you can get access to the pool through a community membership to the Clark Athletic Center. Students, faculty, and staff can access the swimming pool through membership to the Beacon Fitness Center.
