Forums
CIT sponsors forums on citical pedagogical issues every semster. Forums consist of cross-disciplianry panel presenetations and are open to all faculty, student and staff members of the Umass Boston community. They provide opportunities for prsenters and participants to share perspectives, engage in dialogue, and to collaborate across disciplines about critical and timely issues.
Topics in the past have included: Thinking Outside The Box: Taking Risks in Teaching, Addressing Plagiarism in a Digital Age, Helping Students Sustain Reading, Writing & Research Habits in a Digital World, and many others.
