Arrival Time
Graduates should arrive by 8:00am for line up.
All graduates must report to the rink in the Clark Center. Upon arrival you will pick up and fill out your diploma name card. Graduates line up at 8:45am. The academic procession starts at 9:30am.
Guests should arrive by 8:30am.
This will allow guests time to find seats for the main ceremony on the Campus Center lawn. No one will be seated during the academic procession, which begins at 9:30am.
If you’re arriving late…
After 9:15am you may still drop passengers off at the Quinn Building, but not on University Drive at the main ceremony site. To reach on-campus parking at this time, go by way of Mt. Vernon Street to University Lots C or D.
