Individual College Celebrations
Celebrations for each college will begin at 1:00pm and will take place on various sites on campus. We encourage you to use the time in between the main ceremony and college celebrations to grab a bite to eat on campus.
For your convenience, a number of campus locations will be open for the sale of food and beverages from 8:00am until 3:00pm: the food court in the Campus Center, a tent at the main ceremony location, and the concessions kiosk in the Clark Athletic Center.
Below please find a map of the college ceremony locations. There will be ample staff and signage to help guide you from the front circle lawn to your college site. We estimate that it will take about 10 minutes to walk from the main ceremony site to the outermost site (CM and CSM in the Clark Center).
CLA - College of Liberal Arts: Campus Center lawn
CM - College of Management: Clark Center gymnasium
CNHS - College of Nursing and Health Sciences: tent on rear field near Campus Center
CPCS - College of Public and Community Service: Campus Center Ballroom
CSM - College of Science and Math: Clark Center rink
GCE - Graduate College of Education: tent on rear field near Clark Center
MGS - McCormack Graduate School: Ryan Lounge, McCormack Building, 3rd floor
Photography
Professional photographers will be taking a photograph of your moment of recognition on stage at your individual ceremony. For the convenience of everyone, please do not stop and pose, and please ask your guests to remain seated during the ceremony. You will be contacted at your home address and given an opportunity to purchase prints, but you are not obliged to do so.
