Graduate Arrival and Information
All graduates: Please arrive to the Clark Rink by 8:00am for robing and line up
Graduates should arrive by 8:00 a.m.
All undergraduate and masters candidates must report to the rink in the Clark Center.
Doctoral graduates should report to the Creative Room in the Clark Center (upper level, follow signs).
Upon arrival you will pick up and fill out your diploma name card.
Graduates line up and start moving from the Clark Center to the Plaza at 8:45 a.m.
The academic procession starts at 9:30 a.m.
Guests should arrive by 8:30 a.m.
This will allow guests time to find seats for the main ceremony on the Campus Center lawn.
No one will be seated during the academic procession, which begins at 9:30 a.m.
If you’re arriving late…
By 9:00 a.m., the on-campus lots will be full. You may still drop off passengers on University Drive at the main ceremony site, but please follow the directions given by our Campus Police.
The best route to reach on-campus parking if you're arriving late is to go by way of Mt. Vernon St. to University Lots C or D, or to Bayside Lot parking. Bus shuttles from the Bayside Lot to campus and back to Bayside will be available all day.
