CPDD believes that strong education institutions are necessary to the forwarding of developing countries’ infrastructure. Strong technology and information services promote local economic development initiatives. CPDD has been focused on creating preparation of a responsible citizenry and a skilled workforce through the development of strong technological services since 1999.
