Douglass is an assistant professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the College of Education and Human Development. She directs the bachelor’s degree program in Early Education and Care in Inclusive Settings. Her research focuses on early childhood policy, quality in early education and care, professional and workforce development, organizational theory and relationship-centered organizations, and family support and engagement.
