St. John oversees and manages all operational activities for the center.  He has worked at UMass Boston since 2007 in different capacities, and brings several years experience handling financial operations for both small departments and large colleges during that time.  Prior to joining CSP, he most recently served as finance and budget manager for the College of Nursing and Health Sciences where he was responsible for financial planning/budgeting, human resources/payroll, and general office/administrative management.
