Ghazal Zulfiqar has been with the center since 2008 and is currently a PhD candidate at the McCormack School of Public Policy and Public Affairs. Zulfiqar also holds a Master of Science from the University of London in Development Finance and an MBA from Pakistan. She brings with her a diverse working experience, which includes project and corporate finance in Africa and South Asia, on the one hand, and grassroots organizing around the farm issue in rural Arkansas, on the other. She uses both qualitative and quantitative research techniques in her own research and in her work at the center.
