Library and Computing Services

man at computerLibrary

With more than half a million books, close to 3,000 magazine subscriptions, and 2,000 audio/visual materials--you can get some serious research done in the Joseph P. Healey Library.

Housed on almost every floor of the tallest building on campus (eleven floors), the Healey Library also offers you plenty of quiet spots to study...or nap.

And all of that's just what they have in the building. Check out their website for access to $1 million worth of database subscriptions--including access to 25,000 journal titles!

Did you know that UMass Boston is just steps from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum AND the Massachusetts archives, home to documents dating back over 500 years? Talk about resources.

Computing Services

Computer labs are open late as well as on the weekends. The Campus Center--and soon Healey Library--is equipped with wireless and hot-jack services throughout so you can get online at your leisure. Computing Services helps keep you linked and ready for action.
