While the cost of getting an education at UMass Boston might be a bargain--it's still a great deal of money.

Most students need to take out a college loan or depend on grants and scholarships to help finance their studies. Luckily we make it easy for you to apply for and receive funding in the form of financial aid and scholarships.

We've designed a simple guide for you and your parents as you assemble the best financial plan for you. Please be aware that it's extremely important to meet all financial aid deadlines.

NOTE : If you want to be considered for financial aid at UMass Boston, please have your former school forward your FAFSA.

You cannot apply for a UMass Boston scholarship until you have been awarded at least 24 credits at UMass Boston.
