Welcome to the Facilities Department!

The Facilities Department is responsible for ensuring that university facilities and grounds support the teaching, research and student success missions of UMass Boston. [Read more.]

You can contact the Facilities Department by calling the Facilities Service Response Center at 617.287.5450.

Between 6:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays, or all day on weekends and holidays, calls to Facilities Service Response will be directed to utilities staff who provide coverage on campus 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

You can request services and check on the status of requested work online.
