Signatures
All of these forms require signatures which indicate that all players involved in staff and budget decisions are in agreement. Different signatures are required depending on the nature of the position(s) and the department or unit doing the hiring. In general, all forms are reviewed by HR and Affirmative Action (AA) and signed by the Department Head/Dean and his/her reporting Vice Chancellor. For State and Permanent Trust Fund positions, the Position Release and Recruitment form must be reviewed and approved by either the Deputy Chancellor for Non-Academic Units or the Provost for Academic Units. |
