To Use EPIK...

• Each page requires an employee ID (your employee ID can be found on your most recent pay stub), a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and your campus location (see pull down menu).
• Your PIN is your Date of Birth and must be entered as <YYMMDD> with no slashes. YY stands for year, MM stands for month and DD stands for day. For example, if your date of birth is September 5, 1970, you would enter: 700905.
• For security purposes you will need to reenter your ID and PIN on each screen.
